About Us
Hi, I’m Katie Lone, the founder here at Pet Send Off To Rainbow Bridge. A nurse in a past life, I am an animal energy therapist and pet crematorium technician dedicated to giving furbabies the best quality of life or send-off they deserve.
I developed Pet Send Off To Rainbow Bridge in 2023 as a way of processing my own loss and grief. Just like you, I’ve fallen in love with my pets and understand the heartache that comes with losing a companion that’s been there through the best and worst of times. Saying goodbye wasn’t enough. I needed to honour their memories in the most heartfelt way, only my options seemed limited, unsympathetic, and impersonal. That’s why Pet Send Off was born.
Today, I work alongside my daughter Carly who is vet nurse trained
and her husband, Nathan, our tower of strength when we need it. Together, we run pet energy therapy sessions to improve their quality of life and support pet parents through the grieving process with compassionate and empathetic cremation services.
